Ghalib Al-Nasser

The Society advises that the BS Vice Chairman, Ghalib Al-Nasser, suffered a brain haemorrhage in mid February. Following hospitalisation at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, where he underwent an operation to drain blood from his brain, we are pleased to report that Ghalib is well on his way to recovery. Ghalib and Janice would like to express their sincere thanks for all the good wishes, phone calls and get well cards received. Ghalib remarked “They are all very much appreciated and treasured as I never thought that I was so well thought of. Thank you all for your concerns”. 28 February, 2020.

Update 22 March 2020

Thankfully on Friday Ghalib returned home from a 9 day stay in hospital after developing a blood clot on his lungs as well as the left side of his heart not functioning well. Ghalib would like to take this opportunity to thank everone again who has sent well wishes. Ghalib Added; “I would like to thank all my friends who sent cards, emails, phone calls and messages on Facebook. They are all treasured and much appreciated. Best regards Ghalib”
