GC Member Resigns

Due to personal circumstances, Simon Devaney has resigned from the BS General Council. We thank Simon for his valuable contribution during his time on the GC. In accordance with the rules of the Society the next highest candidate in the election has been offered the vacancy. This is Jim Muir, who has accepted the position.
