Budgerigar Society Press Release – 3rd June 2021

Alesha Diniz is a final year student at the Royal Veterinary College and is researching bird owner experiences with their veterinarians. There are not many studies carried out with avian species compared to more typical companion species like cats and dogs, and less still of avian research regarding veterinary care. Alesha’s hope with this project is to expand what we know about client veterinary satisfaction and where avian veterinarians can improve their skills for better patient and client outcomes.

This five-minute survey is for all types and kinds of bird owners, as including a variety of species is an integral part of her project. The closing date for the survey will be Friday, 25^th June 2021. The link for the survey is:
